We're thrilled to introduce Mitch Ellis as our new Junior Development Coordinator at Monty Baseball!
With a wealth of experience and a passion for the game, Mitch is the perfect addition to our coaching team.
Mitch's journey through baseball is nothing short of impressive. From his college days as an infielder at Western Illinois to his time as a pitcher with the Kansas City Royals, Mitch has honed his skills and made his mark on the field.
He's played for the Melbourne Aces and represented Australia on the U23 World Cup team, bringing home victories and championships.
Returning home to Melbourne, Mitch continued to shine, helping the Aces secure back-to-back Claxton Shields in the 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons. Now, we're excited to have Mitch on board to lead our junior development program. He'll work closely with coaches and players, sharing his expertise and inspiring the next generation of baseball stars.
Join us in welcoming Mitch BACK to the Monty dome! Together, we'll continue to grow, learn, and succeed both on and off the field.
